All payments are non‑refundable. Because our offerings reserve limited spaces and involve advance preparation, we are unable to issue refunds once a booking or purchase is completed.

Women’s Empowerment Retreats

• Registration secures your place and is 100 % non‑refundable.

• You may transfer your ticket to another guest by emailing michelle@pivot2promisej.com at least 14 days before the retreat start date.

Coaching Sessions

• Sessions may be rescheduled once, free of charge, with 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed or same‑day cancellations are forfeited.

Birth & Postpartum Doula Services

• The initial deposit is non‑refundable. If Pivot 2 Promise Solutions must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, all payments made beyond the deposit will be returned within 10 business days.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer‑protection laws.
